I am a labor economist at the Department of Economics/FAIR at the Norwegian School of Economics, and a research affiliate at RFBerlin.
My research studies how labor market inequalities arise from skill formation in education and subsequent job search and matching. I am particularly interested in topics related to social mobility, gender differences, and poverty.
My work combines rich Norwegian administrative data with information extracted from text using natural language processing.
